Mr. Kuscher is fully qualified as an expert witness by knowledge, education, training, and experience (as per rule 702). He has nearly 40 years of hands-on operational experience. In addition, he has extensive teaching experience at the college level, including food safety instruction.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Certified ServSafe Instructor.
  • Trainer: NEHA Food Safety / National Environmental Health Association.
  • Trainer: Currently under a trainer contract with nine restaurants in the Miami, Florida area.
  • During the last five years, I have taught over 200 food safety classes to food service managers.
  • Disposition experience as a food service expert.

  • Have offered restaurant consultation and safety oversight services since 2005.

  • Director of Operations for the National Restaurant Association for 5 ½ years.
  • Owner of Koki Foods Group.
  • Operated a food service operation at the Department of Health and Human Services, Army Military Command.
  • Appointed U.S. Army Philip A. Connolly Army Evaluator, 2008 and 2012.
    Traveled with the rank of Brigadier General.
  • Previously was a franchisee with Dunkin’ Donuts and Starbucks.

FEE SCHEDULE:

  • Consultation work and review of cases – $350 per hour
  • Court appearance and depositions – $550 per hour
  • Travel time – $100 per hour
  • Retainer non-refundable ($2,000) but applies to time spent on case deducted from the final bill
